Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned.

Banana Box return policy. The majority of your orders will be packed and delivered in Banana Boxes marked "Return to Flourish." 

Please make sure to send these back with your driver when they are empty! In an attempt to reduce waste and keep our costs low, we want to use these boxes as many times as possible. We will not be reusing apple boxes or other boxes that you may receive so please reuse or recycle them as you see fit.
